The R building of the Sibelius Academy was completed in 1930 and designed by architect Eino Forsman. The house was renovated in 2019 to respect its original look and acoustics.
Elam supplied acoustic ceiling and wall elements to the building's concert hall, chamber music hall, early music hall, and teaching and rehearsal classes.
Elam supplied diagonal veneered acoustic board, CWP LPLY and a grooved cotton chipboard for the ABB office.

Tuupala Wood School was awarded as the best construction in Northern Finland in 2017.
